14 day Vegetarian Menu - with GROCERY LIST
Not gonna lie, I’m not even going to set up a workout plan for this one. Honestly, you guys want to lose weight without working out. Fine. I get it. Then, this is a 2-week healthy - but I still feel full - meal plan with MINIMAL MOVEMENT - oh, and a shopping list - because we NEED one!
Come on, you’re gonna have to do SOMETHING!
It’s not a complete - hey let’s go vegan - menu plan, but some plans have mostly fish and chicken…. also one for meat eaters, and vegetarian too - you can totally substitute for red meat or whatever protein you prefer. This one is vegetarian.
