Get it in

I feel like we all would like to be healthier in some way, maybe eating better, moving around more or simply developing the mindset to make it a priority. I wasn’t necessarily a chubby kid, but I saw the adults around me and knew that I wanted to grow up to be in better shape than they were.

I’ve always been fit and athletic, so I’m not gonna sit here and tell you that it is easy. And it’s not motivation that you need. You just need to make it a practice to move DAILY and maybe make it to the gym when you can and the change will just happen.

I am here to help you build systems in your life to make your health and fitness a priority, and maybe bring a few people with you along on this journey!

It might have been the wrestling in Middle School that helped me jumpstart the weight lifting. I wanted to be big, but not like Arnold-big, cause I still needed to move quickly on the mat. I wanted to be fit and big and fast and strong.

In High School, I played football and ran track - relay, 200 m and 400 m, so I developed speed, but wasn’t really into cardio. I guess I haven’t changed much, I still don’t do cardio, or promote it more than the normal warm-up period before a workout :-)

I worked in a hospital for a few years, learning about the healthy choices and a lot about nutrition and wellness, and that all stayed with me throughout the years. At 21, I started learning about guns and shooting quite a bit, heck I can train you on shooting and gun safety too, if you’re interested!

Currently I teach truck drivers how to keep themselves safe and look out for the safety of others when on the road.

I feel it’s important to be well rounded. Mind gotta be right, body gotta be fit and you still need to be able to run if need be!
